Joshua Torregano, P.E. is a licensed professional engineer and experienced project manager who leads a variety of different types of design, construction, and management projects throughout Louisiana and the Gulf South Region. He serves as the President and Principal Engineer of Wingate Engineers, with a diverse professional background earning him valuable experience across multiple disciplines.
Mr. Torregano has managed and delivered multi-million-dollar projects
for private clients and governmental organizations across the region. As Principal Engineer of Wingate Engineers, Mr. Torregano leads all company engineering, construction, and project management activities.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. Mr. Torregano is a resident of the Gentilly Neighborhood of New Orleans where he resides with his wife and children.

Mr. Randy Smith is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS in Finance and a concentration in Commercial Banking. Upon graduation, Randy spent 10 years in the Banking industry working for Hibernia National Bank and Capital One Bank, N.A. During his time in the banking industry, he served in various capacities such as Credit Analysis, Portfolio Management, Special Asset Management, and Private and Business Banking. Since then, Randy has spent over a decade in the Engineering and Consulting Industry, serving in such roles as staff augmentation coordination, business development, client services manager, as well as marketing strategist and coordinator. Prior to him coming to Wingate, Randy served 10 years as the Director of Business Development for a local New Orleans Engineering Firm.

His responsibilities currently include the structure and operation of all company wide Business Development activities, including but not limited to, marketing, branding, event planning, client relations, community/public outreach, and strategic business growth. Randy is involved in a number of civic/community organizations such as The Fellowship Foundation of New Orleans, Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, and The New Orleans Mission. Randy is a current board member for the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (2018 Graduate) as well as the Chief Finance Officer and Advisory Board member for the Warren Easton Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. Randy currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana with his wife Rachelle, his daughter Sage and his son Kairo.
